Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free U.S. Shipping on orders $50+. Once production is complete, orders typically arrive in 5–8 business days. Everything is packaged with care to arrive safely.

Where do you ship from?
Orders are produced and shipped from the United States through trusted fulfillment partners.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All Sales Are Final. Because each item is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges on non-defective products. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery

- Include your order number
- Attach photos of the damaged item and the packaging
We’ll send a replacement or offer the best available solution. You won’t pay return shipping in these cases.
Which payment methods do you accept? Is checkout secure?

Is your artwork original?
Yes. Every design begins as one of Roberta’s original acrylic paintings on canvas—never AI generated. Products are thoughtfully created from high-quality scans of these hand-painted works to bring a bit of magic into your life.
Do prints or limited editions include a Certificate of Authenticity?

How do I care for my prints or products?
- Prints: Frame under glass or acrylic; avoid direct sunlight.
- Framed Prints: Arrive ready to hang; protected with a clear acrylic sheet.
- Mugs & Socks: Machine washable.
- Jewelry Boxes: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Can I send a gift or include a note?
Yes—ship directly to your recipient by entering their address at checkout. At this time, gift notes aren’t available due to our drop-shipping setup.
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
