All Sales Are Final

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on non-defective products. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly make it right.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email roberta@robertapacino.com
  • Include your order number
  • Attach a photo of the damaged item and a photo of the packaging

We will send a replacement or offer the best available solution. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
