Shipping & Returns

  • Free U.S. Shipping $50+. See details in our Shipping Policy.
  • All Sales Are Final. Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on non-defective products. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: contact us within 7 days of delivery at roberta@robertapacino.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a photo of the packaging. We’ll send a replacement or offer the best available solution. You won’t pay return shipping in these cases. See our Refund Policy for details.
