  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, I will provide a replacement at no cost (see Return Policy).

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other third-party gateways. I do not store your payment information.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and written content on this site are copyrighted by Roberta Pacino and may not be copied, modified, or reproduced without permission.

You may not use my products, images, or branding for resale or commercial use without express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

I do my best to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products, but I cannot guarantee that colors, textures, or materials will appear exactly as they do on your screen.

I am not responsible for:

  • Delays in shipping due to my production partners or carriers.
  • Lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
  • Any inconvenience or indirect losses resulting from the use of my products or website.
