At Roberta Pacino, every item is made to order and shipped directly from my trusted production partners. Below are the details of how shipping works in my store:
📦 Processing Time
Each item is custom-made just for you! Production times may vary by product:
- Art Prints, Framed Prints & Home Décor: 3–7 business days
- Apparel & Accessories: 5–10 business days
- Greeting Cards & Notebooks: 3–6 business days
Please note: holidays, seasonal demand, and unexpected delays may affect these estimates.
🚚 Shipping Estimates
Once your item is produced, it will ship based on the method selected at checkout:
- U.S. Orders: 5–7 business days
- International Orders: 10–30 business days (depending on destination)
Total delivery time for U.S. orders typically ranges from 8 to 12 business days.
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays or customs.
💲 Shipping Costs
- U.S. Orders under $50: Flat rate of $5.99
- U.S. Orders $50 and up: Free Shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.
🔍 Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
📭 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Wait 5 business days
- Then email me at roberta@robertapacino.com — I’ll be happy to assist
Please note: While I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages, I’ll do my best to help resolve any issue.
