Shipping Policy

At Roberta Pacino Art, most items are made to order and shipped directly from my trusted production partners. Because products may be produced in different locations, processing times, shipping costs, and delivery times can vary.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Each item is custom-made especially for you. Estimated production times vary by product:

  • Art Prints, Framed Prints, and Home Décor: 3–7 business days
  • Apparel and Accessories: 5–10 business days
  • Greeting Cards and Notebooks: 3–6 business days

Holidays, seasonal demand, and unexpected production delays may affect these estimates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for U.S. orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery destination.

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $50 or more. The free shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying order amount is reached.

Estimated Delivery

After production is complete, standard U.S. shipping generally takes approximately 3–8 business days.

Most orders can be expected to arrive within approximately 1–3 weeks from the order date. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled by different production partners and may arrive in separate packages.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your order is shipped in more than one package, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact me as soon as possible at roberta@robertapacino.com. Because products may enter production quickly, address changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check around the delivery location and with members of your household.
  • Check with neighbors, your building’s front desk, or mailroom.
  • Contact the shipping carrier or your local post office.
  • Allow a few additional business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before their actual arrival.

If you still cannot locate the package, email roberta@robertapacino.com with your name and order number. I will do my best to help you review the available tracking information and determine the next steps.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact roberta@robertapacino.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
