“Sicilian Comfort” is an original acrylic painting by Seattle artist Roberta Pacino, created during the lockdown years as an escape into memory, comfort, and the outdoors. The still life draws on Pacino’s Italian family history, her father’s restaurant, the meals he cooked, and the warmth of family gatherings, bringing together pasta, place, and the simple pleasure of being outside.
