The Dawning Framed Fine Art Print by Roberta Pacino
The Dawning is a framed fine art print reproduced from an original acrylic painting on canvas by fine artist Roberta Pacino. Seven women emerge from a shadowed mountain passage at first light, each carrying a glowing light bulb in her hands.
Blending magical realism with cinematic and symbolic storytelling, the scene explores illumination, resilience, transformation, and the strength found in moving forward together. The glowing bulbs suggest insight and awakening—each woman carrying her own light while remaining part of a larger procession.
The dramatic mountain setting, luminous sky, and richly colored figures give The Dawning a powerful presence. Both contemplative and uplifting, the image invites the viewer to consider what it means to recognize one’s own inner light and bring it into the world.
Presented with a crisp white mat and substantial black solid-wood frame, The Dawning becomes a finished gallery-style piece designed to bring meaning, color, and quiet strength to a living room, office, meditation space, bedroom, or creative studio.

★★★★★ A Painting You Keep Thinking About
The Dawning caught my attention immediately. Seven women emerge from the mountains, each carrying her own glowing light—and the image is both mysterious and wonderfully hopeful.
What makes the piece so compelling is that it doesn’t tell you exactly what to think. I see strength, discovery, individuality, and the power of moving forward together.
It’s beautiful from across the room, but the closer you look, the more there is to discover. That’s what great art should do.
Absolutely five stars.

The uniqueness of this painting bowled me over the first time I saw it. The positive feminist message was the first thing that hit me. A group of women appear at dawn in a desert, unified by their similar clothing, banded together and holding lightbulbs like babies. They have come down from the mountains like goddesses bringing enlightenment. The symbolic hyper-realistic style of painting is reminiscent of the dadaists or fauves. The autumn color palate and the neat, detailed painting of these bold modern women, surrounded by mountains, makes a beautiful display piece. Mine is in the form of a plate on my bookcase.
I love my little mug. Just perfect for my small hands and my coffee stays warm until I need more. I ordered four more for my new kitchen.
